红酒鸡面线


农历新年长假过去了。前两天回来槟城有点失落感,所以决定煮一道家乡小吃 - 逢新年和生日必吃的福州红酒鸡面线。。

昨天与一班好朋友聚会,顺便煮了一锅福州红酒鸡汤让好友品尝,朋友都非常喜欢和想念这一道菜,因为他们只有在农历新年才可以吃到我为他们下厨的一道特别佳肴! (外面没得卖喔!有的话也很难找..)

好多人不敢试喔,不过保证你试后会欲罢不能。。哈哈!
红红的汤,你敢试吗?

is MY FAVOURITE dish leh... coz I am 'hok chiu ran'.. but KL had to get the 'red wine'...

ya.. not all the ppl dare to try when first saw this... coz of the colour... u remind me ... i will cooked this 1 day when i got the 'wine'...:)

I still remember your yam cake long time ago when we were still in the same company. Now u cook 红酒鸡面线. Where did u learn all these? Yummy!

MY - yes, I am hokchew :) I am surprise that you are hokchew too. All the while I thought you are Cantonese.. in the past 15 years since I know you. Hahaha.. funny!

Lily - oh, I couldn't remember that anymore, but nowaday I seldom bake as no time. 红酒鸡面线 is my family traditional food and I lernt it from my mom.

This is my favourite dish too. I think City-A- one red wine is the best!And the Hockchew noddles is also the best here,he...he!
