We need some rest and holiday

It's has been quite sometime never blog. Perhaps I am busy with my work and also planning on the business, taking care of kids. Same to my another half... we need some break to release the stress. So I decided to plan one day local (not going anywhere, but within the island) holiday trip with my kids and wife.... I am looking for it .. on next Sunday. We will stay in one of the hotel and forget all the works and business stuffs. Hope to enjoy the day with the kids.

红酒鸡面线

农历新年长假过去了。前两天回来槟城有点失落感，所以决定煮一道家乡小吃 - 逢新年和生日必吃的福州红酒鸡面线。。

昨天与一班好朋友聚会，顺便煮了一锅福州红酒鸡汤让好友品尝，朋友都非常喜欢和想念这一道菜，因为他们只有在农历新年才可以吃到我为他们下厨的一道特别佳肴！ (外面没得卖喔！有的话也很难找..)

好多人不敢试喔，不过保证你试后会欲罢不能。。哈哈！
